JourneyCare is celebrating its first anniversary this month! It is one year since three well-respected, community-based, not-for-profit hospices with over 100 years of combined experience and expertise came together to form JourneyCare.
The ongoing support of families, team members, partners, volunteers and others throughout their communities has meant so much to them, as they worked together to expand and enhance the care and services they provide throughout their 10-county service area.
